Published on Amazon.com as an Ebook on June 8, 2016.This is a 3-stage process. First as an Ebook on Amazon, then as a paperback on Amazon, and lastly as an Ebook via Smashwords for nearly all other ebook venues.
I notice Amazon now includes distribution for iPad and iPhone with their Kindle Ebooks. I use a free Kindle reader on my PC. It works great!
