Billy, just 5 years old, is abducted. His mother's quest to find him brings her together with others with missing loved ones. Bound together by mutual concern and loss, the IDNet organizers find love/romance and support within the group as, together, they create an electronic identification network, IDNet (similar to the internet) for tracking and identifying any J. Doe, abandoned vehicles, fingerprints (instantaneous ID) by linking public safety and medical organizations nationwide.
